These terms cover your use of itwarehouse.com, the marketing site for IT Warehouse. By using this site, you agree to them. This site is informational: it describes our consultancy services and the software products we've built, and lets you get in touch. It isn't itself a product with an account or a subscription.
Who we are
This site is operated by IT Warehouse (CVR 38348868), Denmark, referred to here as "we," "us," or "IT Warehouse."
Using this site
You're welcome to browse this site, read about our solutions and services, and contact us. You agree not to misuse the site: no scraping it at scale, attempting to disrupt it, or using it for anything unlawful.
Our solutions and services
The products listed under Solutions (Signedy, Welkent, MamaPapa, and the others) are separate services that we've designed and built. Using one of them is governed by that product's own terms, not this page. Consultancy work described under Services is scoped and agreed separately with each client; nothing on this site is itself a contract or a quote.
Intellectual property
The content on this site, including text, graphics, and the IT Warehouse name and logo, belongs to us or is used with permission. Logos and names of the products we've built belong to their respective owners. You may not reuse our branding without asking first.
No warranty & liability
This site is provided as is. We try to keep it accurate and up to date, but we don't guarantee it's free of errors, and we're not liable for decisions made based on its content. Nothing here limits liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited.
Links to other sites
This site links to other sites we've built and to third-party tools. We're not responsible for the content or practices of sites we don't operate.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
